This Pre-Qingming Festival Biluochun green tea was picked in Sanxia on the 5th of March. Only young buds and leaves are picked, resulting in a very gentle and sweet tea. Yet, despite its gentle nature, this green tea can be brewed even at 85-92 °C.
Gentle mung bean sweetness, pleasant umami, fresh grass. This tea is the personification of spring!
You can enjoy it as cold brew as well: 5g per 600ml of room temperature water left in the fridge for 8 hours will yield you a refreshing and healthy drink.
As with all seasonal teas, we don't develop a mascot. But if many of you will like this one, we will be happy to make Biluochun a regular tea in our stock :)
